ÖVERVÅLD returns with “I Förbund Med Omoralen”, the Swedish band’s debut full-length, continuing its path through the crude, black-hearted Death Metal tradition of old Scandinavia. Hailing from Sundsvall, the band draws on the experience of musicians connected to Setherial, Decomposed and Crawl, shaping a sound where primitive aggression meets a grim sense of melody.
Following the EPs “Våldsbejakande Extremism”, “Skräckvälde” and “Vigarv”, ÖVERVÅLD further explores its mix of distorted riffing, aggressive force and grotesque harmonies. The music favors weight, rawness and direct songwriting over technical display, carrying the foul atmosphere of classic Swedish Death Metal while retaining a blackened edge.
Recorded, mixed and mastered by Simon Wiklund at Svart Magi Studio in 2025. Artwork by Jenglot Hitam (Hyperdonthia, Abigail, Perdition Temple).
